How much is postage within Australia?

Enjoy complimentary Express postage within Australia. You will receive your order within 2-3 days after your order has been fulfilled. However, this does not mean you will get your order within 2-3 days of purchase. Read below for turnaround times. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

We begin making your order as soon as we can when your order is placed. Once your order is ready, it is dispatched and tracking number is provided. We aim to get your new purchase to you within 30 days. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Can I return my order?

RETURNS ARE FREE (within Australia). Our priority is customer satisfaction. We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can easily exchange or return your order for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that all tags are still attached, the garment is unworn and in its brand new condition.

However, we kindly ask that purchases are not made with the mindset of returning. This is because each garment is individually hand-made and undergoes a time-consuming process. 

IMPORTANT: Colour/size customised orders are not eligible for refunds/returns or exchanges.

How do I return an order?

To return an order, simple send us an email at returns@jastethelabel.com and we will be in contact with you within 24 hours, during weekdays. We will provide you with a free shipping label to attach on the package.
